Park Rules

  • Age
    • No one under the age of 18 is allowed to stay in the park without supervision by an adult who will be in attendance and responsible for this person.
  • Alcohol
    • No driving while under the influence of alcohol any where in the park.
    • Excessive drinking, drunkenness, obnoxious or abusive activities will not be tolerated.
  • Cars
    • Park speed Limit is 5 km/hr.
    • Only Licensed drivers are permitted to drive in the park (No Learners Permits!)
  • Campfires
    • Must be small and not left unattended fires must be extinguished before going to bed.
  • Docks
    • Only those who have paid for dock usage may tie up their boats. No Exceptions!
    • Do not do any repairs or modifications to the docks.
  • Fences
    • No Fences of any kind are a allowed
  • Fireworks
    • No Fireworks allowed in the park.
  • Firewood
    • Must be stacked in small neat piles.
    • Do not take wood from bush or any storage areas.
    • No skids allowed in the park.
    • No firewood may be brought into the park. NO EXCEPTIONS!
    • Wood may be purchased at the store
  • Garbage
    • Garbage is to be tied in plastic bags and placed in the bin near the exit gate.
    • No loose garbage.
    • Garbage is for kitchen refuse only.
    • Do not leave garbage in the fire pits.
  • Golfing
    • Golfing of any kind is NOT permitted on the park premises.
  • Hydro
    • Will be read on the Sept long weekend - Due in full within 14 days.
  • Items sold
    • Any items sold within the park must be approved by management and will be subject to a 10% commission
  • Mail
    • No mail will be accepted at the park. All mail will be returned to sender.
  • No Work
    • No work is to be done on trailers, decks, sheds etc. for the months of July and August
    • Meaning no hammering, drilling, sawing, etc.
  • Noise
    • Respect the rights of others by playing your radios, TV and CD's softly
  • Owners
    • No trailer is to be occupied by anyone, other than the registered owner of the trailer. No Exceptions!
  • Visitors
    • Campers are responsible for the actions of and any damage caused by their visitors.
    • All Visitors must register at the office.
    • The management reserves the right to limit the number of visitors per site or total number of visitors within the park at any given time.
    • No visitors will be permitted to enter the park after 9 PM.
  • Sheds
    • Only new pre-fabricated sheds will be allowed, no longer than 100 sq.ft no more than one shed per site.
  • Pets
    • To be kept on a leash in all areas at all times.
    • Pets not to be left in park unattended.
    • Clean up after pets and dispose of litter in a plastic bag.
  • Weapons
    • No firearms, air guns, sling shots, bows and arrows, or any weapon of any kind is not permitted in the park.
  • Quiet Hours
    • Quiet hours are between 11PM and 7AM. Please respect others.
  • Motorcycles(trailbikes,ATV's Etc.)
    • A motorcycle used to transport you to the park may be driven to your site, riding it around the park is not permitted.
  • Emergency routes
    • All roadways are to be kept open and clear of vehicles at all times!
  • Glass Containers
    • Dispose of glass containers in the recycle bin, located near the garbage bin.
  • Outside Refrigerators
    • Must be enclosed in a shed or in an adaroom with a lock.
    • No more than one per site.
  • Propane Tanks
    • The fire marshall's regulations state that you are only allowed to have three propane tanks on your site at any one time.
    • The Fire Department has the right to inspect your trailer or sheds at any time.
  • Registered Vehicles Only
    • Unregistered motor vehicles are not allowed on park property.
    • No more than two vehicles permitted per campsite.
    • All vehicles must clearly display window sticker or visitor pass.
  • Security Gate Pass
    • These are to be used for your vehicle only.
    • Seasonal campers are expected to use their pass card to gain entry for themselves only.
    • Do not give your pass card to anyone or let anyone use your card.
  • Site Appearance
    • Sites are to be kept neat and tidy at all times.
    • Empty beer cases etc.. are to be kept out of sight.
    • No unsightly materials of any type may be stored on campsites.
    • Seasonal campers are responsible for their own lawn maintenance.
    • Trailer skirts must meet owners approval.
    • All sites must be clean when leaving.
  • Structures and Enclosures
    • Decks only are allowed written permission from management.
    • A trailer canopy maybe used for shade.
    • Prefabricated structures only.
    • All contractors must be pre approved by Park Owners before hand.
  • Trailers
    • No trailer that is more than 20 years old will be allowed in the park
    • Any trailer must have park owners permission to enter the park
